Hi, I’m Lis Harris and I help professionals get hired, increase their salary, and progress their careers at scaling companies.

Working as a corporate recruiter, coach, and advisor has given me a unique perspective into how to help people navigate career changes and job search challenges.

I started career coaching 10 years ago at Stanford University where I built out career programs for MBA students. I thrive on being a connector, which led me to recruiting and hiring the best talent for scaling startups for 7 years. Now, I share my toolkit of coaching and knowledge of the corporate world to help people like you land jobs and careers that bring them joy.

I believe in always getting better - which led me to becoming an ICF trained coach and graduate of New York University (MA Human and Professional Development).
